Rob Gramlich has been involved in electric industry analysis and policy for about fifteen years. He was the Economic Advisor for FERC Chairman Pat Wood, III from 2001until 2005. He has held positions as a market analyst in the PJM Market Monitoring Unit, the PG&E National Energy Group, the World Resource Institute and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Rob has a master's Degree in Public Policy from UC Berkeley and a BA with honors in economics from Colby College. Elizabeth Salerno
Liz Salerno provides research and analytical support for AWEA's legislative and regulatory policy agendas, including evaluation of and advocacy for environmental and other policies that promote wind energy and new development. Liz is currently pursuing a master's degree in Environmental Public Policy from the George Washington University and graduated with honors from Boston University with a B.A. in Economics.
