**NEW** PAPER "LESS" WORKSHOP |
In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, AWEA is excited to announce that for the first time, the AWEA Wind Power Asset Management Workshop will be going paperless for the session handouts. What does that mean? We will not be distributing the session handouts on-site at the workshop in hard copy format. No more bulky binders or wasted paper from printing hundreds of copies. Instead, attendees will have access to electronic copies of all speaker bios, presentation materials, and handouts online before, during, and after the workshop through the following 3 methods:
Before the meeting:
Registered attendees will receive an email announcing when the workshop materials are available. You may print them out in advance at your convenience or download them to your computer if you would prefer.
Onsite:
A limited number of printing stations will be available where you can print the handouts you need, or download the presentations to your laptop so you can follow along in the workshop sessions. Attendees will also receive a blank notepad so you will still be able to take notes during the sessions.
After the meeting:
Handouts will be available to workshop attendees online until January 19. That way you can continue to access them after you get back to your office.
More detailed information will be posted in the coming weeks.
